IJMRSETM FELLOWSHIP

A Fellowship within a journal is a distinguished position awarded to individuals who have exhibited exceptional expertise, contributions, and leadership in their field. Generally offered by academic, research, or professional journals, these fellowships allow scholars, researchers, and professionals to actively engage in the journal’s editorial processes and influence its academic direction. Fellowship members of the International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research in Science, Engineering, Technology & Management (IJMRSETM) are granted a range of privileges and responsibilities that highlight their esteemed positions within the academic and research fields. OBJECTIVE:

The goal is to establish a practical setting where medical trainees can gain knowledge, hone manuscript peer-review skills, write and publish scientific articles, and learn about journal management strategies and processes.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Candidates should be Postgraduate Scholars, Research Scholars, PhD holders, or active researchers with a minimum of 10 years of experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must commit to at least 5 hours per week for Editorial Fellowship activities with the International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research in Science, Engineering, Technology & Management for a duration of one year. They should also be available for periodic teleconferences or virtual meetings with mentors.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Fellowship members of an international journal, such as the International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research in Science, Engineering, Technology & Management, may have the following responsibilities:

⦁ Peer Review and Editorial Contributions: Evaluating and providing constructive feedback on submitted manuscripts to ensure their quality, accuracy, and relevance. Engaging in editorial discussions and decision-making processes regarding the acceptance or rejection of submissions.

⦁ Providing Expertise in Specific Areas: Sharing specialized knowledge and insights to help guide the journal’s direction, with a focus on emerging trends and research within multidisciplinary fields.

⦁ Mentoring and Supporting Development: Offering mentorship to junior researchers, authors, and graduate students on academic writing, research methodology, and the publication process.

⦁ Journal Advocacy and Expansion: Promoting the journal within their professional network and at academic conferences or workshops.

⦁ Advancing Journal Development: Actively contributing to the development of the journal’s editorial policies, scope, and strategic goals.

⦁ Attending and Participating in Meetings and Events: Participating in regular editorial meetings, teleconferences, or virtual discussions with the editorial board and mentors.

⦁ Upholding Ethical Integrity: Ensuring that all published work adheres to academic integrity, originality, and proper citation practices.

⦁ Fostering Capacity Building: Supporting the journal’s training activities and workshops designed to develop the skills of new researchers, authors, and reviewers.
